Riyadh Regions Launch

Craft was contracted by the RCRC (formerly RDA) to manage a large-scale live event for the launch of the Riyadh Region Development Program that was attended by King Salman, HRH the Crown Prince, the Governor of Riyadh and other members of the Saudi Government. The event combined media, lighting activation and performance at the Qasr Al Hokm Palace in downtown Riyadh.
Coordinating all, Craft connected multiple teams of experts, including:
- Eclipse Staging Services (KSA) one of the region’s biggest staging rental companies
- Showtex (Dubai), a global leader in projection screen technology
- Cross media (Florence)projection mapping content developers
- We Are Saber (Australia) providing Technical Direction, Production Management, Stage Management, and Lighting design
Craft delivered a spectacular event that was broadcast live on TV across the Middle East. The result was an immersive experience that presented the Palace in all its architectural glory, while pointing to the future of Riyadh with astounding use of color and flawless activation delivery.
