Riyadh Public Transit Visitor Center Operations + Management

The Visitor Center was designed to inform, educate, and entertain the residents of Riyadh and explain the need for an integrated public transport system. The center also provides an introductory look at how the project will work when fully operational.
Craft was awarded a multi-year operations contract for the Center. The role includes hiring, training, operating, and directing tour guides in the center. While under our operation we have received 168,000 private visitors and more than 17,000 school students on organized tours. Additionally, there have been numerous VVIP and VIP visits from both within the Kingdom and abroad.
